Shipping policy

All orders are delivered using DHL, Fedex, UPS, or Aramex courier. Delivery to most area will take between 5 and 10 days in most areas, where some areas might take longer.

A working day is Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays

We deliver to most postal areas internationally; however unfortunately geographical location and carrier availability can restrict our service (for example delivery to Russia can only be done through EMS, while DHL is only possible if we shipped to a Moscow located company).

All delivery options are subject to stock availability and on rare occasions, we may need to deliver items outside the published timed windows.

Please note that we reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address isn’t secure, for example to a communal postal address or PO Box. If this affects an order you place, we'll notify you as soon as possible.

You should receive an email confirming your order, if you do not please check your junk email box or contact us straight away, as it is possible your order has not been successfully completed.

To ensure that there are no mistakes with addresses, please check the confirmation order email has the correct details, once again please contact us straight away if any details are incorrect on this email.
